Customer Engineer

Serve as the direct liaison with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade Applied Materials’ semiconductor and display equipment in Shenzhen. Use basic diagnostic techniques and digital analytics to troubleshoot technical issues, perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems, and coordinate with customers to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll also collaborate with senior engineers, mentor junior team members, and help deliver exceptional service.
