Key Responsibilities

  • •Launch critical power infrastructure products that meet customer and Eaton safety, quality, reliability, cost, and schedule commitments.
  • •Design and develop new products, including SiC three-phase UPS systems and lithium-ion energy storage systems for critical loads.
  • •Specify and qualify electrical components, create circuit diagrams and harness designs, develop BOMs, and produce technical documentation.
  • •Provide guidance and leadership to technical project team members and work with global teams to resolve performance, functionality, safety, reliability, quality, and component availability issues.
  • •Lead product DVT and validation testing, support prototype build/testing/delivery, and identify process/tool/test methodology improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 154,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of work experience in electrical product development, or a Master’s degree with at least 3 years experience in power electronic design.
  • •Strong hands-on experience in electrical design, lab testing, and troubleshooting.
  • •Ability to interpret and create electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • •Solid knowledge of electrical components, electrical safety, EMC, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Knowledge of three-phase power systems, power electronics, and power conversion topologies.
