Lead Maintenance Technician

Lead maintenance work to keep conveyance, automation, robotics, and facilities equipment running reliably. You’ll coordinate with maintenance management, perform preventive maintenance and inspections, troubleshoot out-of-service equipment, and drive root cause analysis for major downtime events. Serve as the site maintenance point of contact in the leader’s absence, document work in CMMS and ticketing systems, and mentor maintenance personnel while supporting safety, food safety, and security standards.
