Job Summary

Serve as an HR Business Partner for US e-commerce logistics operations covering fulfillment and sortation centers. Own end-to-end organization buildout for self-operated facilities, provide organization design and headcount planning, and select labor models (3PL, staffing agencies, direct hire). Build people management systems for attendance, payroll, performance, and frontline benefits while partnering with HR OPR, Mobility, ER, and compliance teams. Manage relationships with site leadership and staffing partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as HRBP for US logistics operations across fulfillment centers and sortation centers, with end-to-end ownership of 0-to-1 organization buildout for self-operated facilities.
•Provide organization design advisory using industry best practices, including headcount planning, org structure, and labor model selection/implementation.
•Build and optimize people management systems covering attendance tracking, labor payroll, performance management, and frontline benefits such as night shift, overtime, and workplace safety programs.
•Align with HR OPR, Mobility, ER, and Management Research Institute teams on new site establishment, compliance processes, and system integration.
•Establish and manage relationships with warehouse General Managers, 3PL providers, and staffing agency partners.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of HRBP experience with prior logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or e-commerce fulfillment industry experience.
•Deep understanding of fulfillment centre or sortation centre operating models, labor structures, and frontline workforce management.
•Proven track record of organization design, labor model selection, and building performance and compensation systems in a logistics environment.
•Knowledge of US labor law, staffing agency ecosystem, workers' compensation, and logistics compliance practices.
•Experience with regional/global/cross-cultural project management and building relationships across organizational levels.
