Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and productionization of a multi-tenant AI Platform on AWS. Build GenAI microservices and stateful multi-agent workflows, develop developer tooling and observability, and enforce governance, guardrails, and cost visibility across agent deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship scalable AI capabilities for PAR Restaurant product lines.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build the PAR Restaurant AI Platform, providing APIs, SDKs, tool registry, and knowledgebase services to author and deploy agents and run them in production across product lines
•Create production-grade GenAI microservices (e.g., FastAPI) and stateful multi-agent workflows with appropriate orchestration patterns
•Develop an automated content ingestion pipeline with embedding, vector storage, and OpenSearch Serverless indexing for knowledgebase retrieval
•Build and maintain platform APIs and developer tooling (real-time streaming, agent configuration SDKs) to enable engineers to create, deploy, run, and observe multi-agent workflows
•Own platform observability, eval suites, cost attribution, governance, and policy-as-code to ensure security, compliance, and cross-tenant data integrity

Key Requirements

•7–8 years of hands-on ML/AI engineering experience, with a focus on AI platform components
•At least 3 years of production GenAI or LLM systems experience
•Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related field
•Proven track record designing and building multi-tenant, production-grade ML platforms or developer-facing AI infrastructure
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
