Job Summary

Lead and mature Wrapbook’s release management and ongoing programs, ensuring launches are predictable, coordinated, and continuously improving. Own release readiness (including UAT), drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, Client Ops, and GTM, and oversee program execution for key customer accounts. As a player-coach, manage and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers and QA testers, while championing AI-powered workflows to accelerate release cycles and reduce manual coordination.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly manage Wrapbook’s release process across Engineering, Product, Design, Client Ops, and GTM, partnering with leads on QA to ensure readiness and quality.
•Serve as a player-coach to lead and mentor Technical Program Managers while remaining hands-on in release management and key programs.
•Establish clear cross-department communication and alignment, including preparing release notes so partners experience no surprises.
•Define how to measure release success, evaluate outcomes, and use insights to refine future launches.
•Oversee program management for critical customer accounts, coordinating across Engineering, Product, and Design and partnering with Client Ops and Sales.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 148,800 - 227,800 annually
