Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage Wrapbook’s release process across Engineering, Product, Design, Client Ops, and GTM, partnering with leads on QA to ensure readiness and quality.
  • •Serve as a player-coach to lead and mentor Technical Program Managers while remaining hands-on in release management and key programs.
  • •Establish clear cross-department communication and alignment, including preparing release notes so partners experience no surprises.
  • •Define how to measure release success, evaluate outcomes, and use insights to refine future launches.
  • •Oversee program management for critical customer accounts, coordinating across Engineering, Product, and Design and partnering with Client Ops and Sales.
