Job Summary

Lead country expansion plans and end-to-end maintenance/engineering activities for store expansion in Egypt. Oversee cross-functional decisions, manage construction and procurement cycles, optimize maintenance and OPEX, and lead a team of technicians and external vendors to deliver on growth targets and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Define country expansion plans to reach growth targets.
•Lead end-to-end planning and execution of maintenance and engineering works for store scouting, layout design, tender analysis, contract awarding, construction, and commissioning.
•Coordinate between logistics, commercial, operations, legal, and city heads to reach right expansion decisions.
•Manage the maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to improve operational performance.
•Oversee construction & procurement cycle from pre-lease to go-live (tendering, drawings, BOQs, negotiations).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in cold chain maintenance.
•Excellent stakeholder management experience both internally and externally.
•Proven team management experience.
•Energetic, adaptable and eager to learn on the job.
•Fluent English, Arabic would be a plus.
