Key Responsibilities

•Provide comprehensive advisory and support to national and international corporate clients in accident and health insurance, sickness benefits, and related topics.
•Lead market analyses, tender processes, and comparisons of offers.
•Maintain a close partnership with the senior sector specialist and actively contribute to developing relationships with existing clients and supporting new client acquisition in collaboration with client relations leaders and the international Aon network.
•Participate in internal initiatives and cross-functional projects to improve service quality, efficiency and commercial performance.
•Contribute to development of the team and cross-department collaboration to enhance client outcomes and business results.
