Job Summary

Maintain the integrity, availability, inspection, and calibration of tools and equipment used for aircraft maintenance operations. Work on-site, coordinating records, calibration tracking, and purchase requests, and liaise with external vendors for calibration/repair. Inspect tool boards, catalogue and maintain tool inventory, update a tool calibration database, and support vehicle administration and inventory control to improve tool management processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain records for tools, gauges, and torque wrenches, ensuring calibration requirements are tracked and completed.
•Prepare purchase requests and coordinate packaging and shipment of tools/equipment for external calibration or repair.
•Act as a liaison between external vendors and local support personnel, including tool control and ground support equipment stakeholders.
•Inspect tool boards and ensure compliance with established tool control procedures.
•Maintain the tool calibration database and support inventory control and continuous improvement of tool management processes.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent, or vocational/technical education in a related field, OR 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
•Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
•Experience maintaining records and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including planning and prioritization across multiple tasks.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Reliability Security Clearance, and be legally authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis.
