Lead a team of 8-10 full-stack engineers in Bangalore to design, build, and deploy AI tools that transform and streamline internal operations. Key Responsibilities

•Direct reports ranging from entry-level to mid-level engineers and support their performance and career growth through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring.
•Define a 1 to 3-year roadmap & vision for the team in collaboration with leadership and senior engineers.
•Support career growth of direct reports through ongoing coaching and development.
•Evaluate technical design and architecture documents and proposals to scale technology for growing business needs.
•Coordinate with geographically distributed peers (engineering managers, product managers, designers, support engineers, and stakeholders) to align on engineering-wide priorities.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience leading a high-performing team of engineers, including managing and shipping cross-functional or multi-team projects.
•10+ years of professional experience as an engineer or engineering leader.
•Experience with the development of performant, scalable customer-facing applications.
•Hiring & interviewing skills.
•Onboarding & mentorship experience.
