Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct reports ranging from entry-level to mid-level engineers and support their performance and career growth through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring.
  • •Define a 1 to 3-year roadmap & vision for the team in collaboration with leadership and senior engineers.
  • •Support career growth of direct reports through ongoing coaching and development.
  • •Evaluate technical design and architecture documents and proposals to scale technology for growing business needs.
  • •Coordinate with geographically distributed peers (engineering managers, product managers, designers, support engineers, and stakeholders) to align on engineering-wide priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience leading a high-performing team of engineers, including managing and shipping cross-functional or multi-team projects.
  • •10+ years of professional experience as an engineer or engineering leader.
  • •Experience with the development of performant, scalable customer-facing applications.
