Relationship Banker / SrRB - Miami Beach South

Provide an industry-leading client experience in person and by phone while building and expanding relationships. Use consultative conversations to offer deposit, credit, convenience, and other financial solutions, and refer more complex needs to internal specialists. Support branch and individual sales targets, participate in leadership routines, and stay current through training. Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed while adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
