Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute assigned engineering scopes and participate as a team member in a phase of a broad engineering assignment.
  • •Prepare documentation, plan and schedule work, and ensure successful completion within budget and time constraints.
  • •Solve complex engineering problems by evaluating technical options, recommending design changes, and producing engineering deliverables with minimal guidance.
  • •Check engineering calculations and drawings against industry codes and standards; support development of less senior technical professionals.
  • •Support and supervise task delegation, including assigning tasks, coordinating work, participating in design reviews, and providing HSSE leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline from an accredited university.
  • •Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in major brownfield oil & gas projects, including at least 5 years in a similar position.
  • •Experience across the oil & gas lifecycle in the GCC region, with pre-FEED and FEED experience.
  • •Hands-on experience managing or delivering lump sum contracts/projects.
  • •Ability to provide guidance and direction, managing, motivating, and mentoring professional engineering specialists.
