Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement daily receiving and shipping operations in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • •Coordinate with relevant parties and forwarders to manage shipping arrangements and delivery of materials.
  • •Inspect received goods for physical condition and verify accuracy against manifests, invoices, or orders.
  • •Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and packing lists for outgoing shipments.
  • •Participate in continuous improvement to enable receiving automation, including process automation and AI-driven problem detection and optimization; promote safe and green working practices through training and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •GCE ‘O’ level/SPM, or Higher NITEC (ITC)/NITEC (NTC-2 or NITEC Intermediate)/Diploma in Wafer Fabrication or Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • •No prior experience welcome to apply.
  • •Knowledge of warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
