Key Responsibilities

  • •Weld and repair structural components of sawmill machinery, including frames, supports, and metal structures.
  • •Perform maintenance welding to address wear and tear and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
  • •Use welding and cutting equipment to fabricate metal components or parts as needed.
  • •Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create accurate and precise metal structures.
  • •Inspect and conduct tests/measurements on welded surfaces and components to ensure weld integrity, strength, and quality compliance.
