Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers while providing a great customer experience. You’ll load and unload vehicles, perform inspections to ensure safe driving, complete customer paperwork, and add detailed notes to the customer tracking system. The role requires safe, consistent driving and the ability to meet physical and scheduling demands (11am–9pm, rotating days off). Based in Heath, OH.
