Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor Auto Transfer Table lines and keep shackles full while identifying and removing septic birds.
  • •Sort birds at a rate of 35+ BPM, including gizzard sorting and removal of yellow peel and contaminated gizzards.
  • •Salvage birds and vacuum/was birds per FSQA requirements.
  • •Perform final trim by identifying and removing undesired defects.
  • •Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate flock/bird/equipment issues to Leadership and Process Control.
