Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with store leadership
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and strong stockroom standards and processes
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to fulfill business and guest needs, assist with shipment processing, and leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies
