Job Summary

Lead the delivery and execution of Visa Consulting & Analytics engagements for clients in Thailand, driving portfolio growth and improved profitability in payment card businesses. Own long-term strategic engagement involvement, manage client conversations, and embed data-driven solutions through strong project management. Partner cross-functionally across Visa teams (Marketing, Products, Risk, Merchant Solutions) and collaborate with data scientists on analytics insights and propensity model–driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Cultivate strategic relationships with Visa clients and partners (issuers, acquirers, merchants, and fintech firms) and optimize performance through recommendations across lifecycle management and product development/launches.
•Provide oversight and deeper involvement in major long-term strategic consulting engagements, including project management responsibilities.
•Drive client conversations with client working teams, execute and embed solutions within the client’s environment, and ensure engagement delivery through strong project management.
•Work cross-functionally across Visa teams (e.g., Marketing, Products, Risk, Merchant Solutions) to deliver holistic solutions to clients.
•Develop propositions with Account Executives by managing scope of work and project timelines, and collaborate with data scientists to produce analytics insights and activate data-driven actions.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of experience in retail banking or financial services consulting, with most experience in cards and payments or closely related industries.
•Strong digital know-how and demonstrable ability to manage complex projects with excellent project management skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to build and implement data/analytics-driven recommendations.
•Experience in key issuer business areas such as portfolio management, marketing, product management, operations, and risk management for credit and debit cards.
•Strong people management skills and leadership qualities, plus strong oral and written presentation skills.
