Job Summary

Translate enterprise GRC objectives into end-to-end technology solutions that automate, standardize, and integrate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance processes. Partner with Agile teams in the Risk Infrastructure delivery space to design target-state architectures, lead technical architecture reviews, and guide implementations across platforms such as ServiceNow IRM, Archer, and SAI360. Provide subject-matter expertise for GRC frameworks and maintain technical documentation throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver GRC solutions as the technical architecture lead across multiple concurrent initiatives, including architecture reviews and resolving complex technical decisions.
•Translate GRC requirements with Risk and Compliance stakeholders into actionable, technology-based solutions.
•Lead technical implementations by guiding and supporting development teams through configuration and deployment of GRC software platforms.
•Provide subject-matter expertise for GRC frameworks and processes, lead architecture/design reviews, mentor teammates, and maintain architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
•Oversee the technical vision of GRC projects to ensure delivery excellence, security, and sustainability while managing timelines, scope, and resources with project managers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of overall experience (or equivalent leadership program experience; or High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years overall).
•Deep GRC domain knowledge, including core processes such as RCSA, Issue Management, and Compliance Risk Assessments.
•5+ years of hands-on advanced configuration/development experience with leading GRC platforms including ServiceNow IRM, Archer, and SAI360.
•5+ years designing and delivering end-to-end GRC solutions on ServiceNow, Archer, or SAI360, including target-state architecture, standards, and non-functional requirements.
•Proven ability to assess business needs, evaluate risk and control impacts, identify trade-offs, and design scalable solutions that meet functional requirements.
