Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver high and medium complexity projects end-to-end, including new product launches, CAPEX investments, cost savings initiatives and supply chain changes.
  • •Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather input, secure buy-in, and drive alignment on project priorities and objectives.
  • •Be the voice of Supply Chain in Mayo Pod related topics and ensure projects are feasible from an efficient supply chain execution perspective.
  • •Identify opportunities to bring in other SC experts to provide additional support and expertise as needed.
  • •Collaborate with SC, operations and manufacturing stakeholders to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Key Requirements

  • •EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) is required.
  • •Bachelor or Master degree.
  • •3/4 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Supply Chain.
  • •Analytical and strong logical reasoning skills.
  • •Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
