Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of Strategic and/or Focus corporate clients, including transactional clients where required.
  • •Identify and progress sales opportunities from initial client need through point of sale and post-trade processes.
  • •Provide day-to-day sales coverage across the Corporate Sales offering, including foreign exchange and interest rate derivatives.
  • •Partner with stakeholders (e.g., Relationship Managers, GPS, GTS) to coordinate client coverage, solutions, and product penetration.
  • •Where supervisory responsibility applies, set direction for reporting sales staff, oversee local Corporate Sales team performance, and maintain front-office supervision and compliance monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience serving corporate clients within Corporate Sales or a closely related markets environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of corporate sales products, clients, systems, and end-to-end sales processes.
  • •Solid capital markets understanding across foreign exchange instruments and interest rate derivatives.
  • •Experience developing client relationships that translate into revenue growth and increased product penetration.
  • •Ability to manage a team, including performance management, coaching, and building high-quality execution where applicable.
