•Act as a commercial business partner to global Sales and Marketing teams, identifying priorities and enabling strategic growth initiatives.
•Drive commercial performance through pipeline optimization and data-driven insights to improve pipeline quality, velocity, and win rates.
•Lead implementation and adoption of scaled processes, systems, and tools (including CRM and AI-enabled capabilities) to increase efficiency and visibility.
•Establish standardized KPIs, reporting, and ways of working to reduce administrative complexity and increase seller productivity.
•Improve the end-to-end customer experience and buy/sell journey, using insights to increase conversion, retention, and customer value.

•Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact while leading in a matrix organization with indirect leadership.
