Ensure the timely and accurate closing of mortgage loan files by preparing and validating loan document packages, reviewing Loan Estimates, and producing Closing Disclosures. Obtain and send required fees and wire/finds to closing agents or title companies, verify that underwriting conditions and compliance requirements are met, and confirm receipt of the Closing Protection Letter. Perform HMDA data entry into Encompass and support administrative tasks to keep files organized and compliant.
