Key Responsibilities

•Grow Shop Ads revenue by leading commercial conversations with agencies in your portfolio.
•Act as a subject-matter expert on TikTok Shop Ads product adoption, campaign strategy, and optimization tied to e-commerce outcomes.
•Create scalable sales propositions using internal and external data with minimal customization.
•Lead end-to-end TikTok Shop merchant engagement: prospecting, onboarding, project planning, and activation/incubation programs.
•Oversee campaign setup, performance monitoring, optimization, and provide actionable ROI-focused recommendations while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, digital marketing, or eCommerce account management with direct client management.
•Experience working with agencies/TikTok Shop partners (TSPs) or in an agency partnership-style role.
•Ability to influence buy-in, build strong stakeholder relationships, and manage a high-volume book of business in a fast-paced environment.
•Fluency in German and English for direct communication across DACH markets.
•Ability to lead end-to-end engagement including prospecting, onboarding, project planning, and activation/incubation support.
