Key Responsibilities

  • •Turn client, transaction, and pipeline data into decisions for the Commercial team by analyzing revenue, volumes, corridors, and product usage.
  • •Build and maintain profitability and unit economics models, including fee income, correspondent costs, and FX spreads.
  • •Track and explain pipeline health and conversion metrics (e.g., time to onboard and time to first transaction), identifying at-risk clients and expansion opportunities.
  • •Design and own live commercial dashboards and reporting, defining and documenting metrics consistently across teams.
  • •Build and deploy internal tools and automation (e.g., scoring and pricing calculators), using AI-assisted workflows and maintaining human verification for client-facing/regulatory outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years in an analytical role, ideally in fintech, payments, banking, or a data-heavy commercial environment.
  • •Strong SQL with the ability to write complex queries on large transaction datasets.
  • •Python for analysis and for building small applications/services.
  • •Hands-on Google Cloud experience deploying and hosting applications/services (e.g., Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, App Engine, BigQuery, Cloud Scheduler).
  • •Experience building dashboards in modern BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI).
