Key Responsibilities

•Support hardware deployment projects for high-density GPU clusters from site planning to final rack-and-stack.
•Manage hardware delivery schedules by tracking vendor lead times with the supply chain team.
•Coordinate physical installations with colocation providers, remote hands, and internal networking teams.
•Act as the central hub of communication among supply chain, facilities, hardware engineers, and vendors.
•Translate customer AI needs into deployment plans for hardware and facility teams.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager coordinating hardware, facilities, or data center infrastructure projects.
•Strong understanding of hardware deployment workflows, ideally from cloud provider, colocation facility, or AI company.
•Familiarity with basic data center concepts (rack space, power limits, cooling for dense AI hardware).
•Solid grasp of the procurement lifecycle (tracking orders, forecasting demand, long lead times).
•Basic familiarity with the AI/ML hardware space and why customers use GPUs, including training vs inference workloads.
