Lead front-end delivery for construction and infrastructure projects, supporting the Technical Delivery Manager from early scope and design definition through successful completion. Drive design review processes, support NEC PSC contract administration and technical scope reviews, and improve workflows for projects aligned to programme and organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the Contracting Entity’s representative, supporting the Technical Delivery Manager from early-stage scope and design definition through project completion.
•Lead front-end project initiation by developing functional briefs into technical scopes and defining project structure, delivery approach, and governance.
•Develop and manage key documents (e.g., Project Execution Plan, Stakeholder Management Plan) and ensure alignment with internal standards, delivery frameworks, and governance.
•Coordinate project lifecycle activities, manage interfaces across internal/external stakeholders, maintain RACI, and lead design review processes with communicated approvals.
•Demonstrate a road understanding of NEC PSC contracts, manage technical scope reviews, support contract processes (including programme reviews and acceptance), and participate in change control and lessons learnt.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction/infrastructure project delivery.
•Strong understanding of project delivery in Ireland, including front-end project stages (scope, initiation, statutory planning).
•Proven capability in scope writing and defining briefing processes, with solid knowledge of RIAI/RIBA workflows and associated processes.
•Background in Architecture or Engineering (or associated experience preferred) and strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
•Experience setting up project workflows, templates, and governance structures, with strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
