Key Responsibilities

  • •Own annual budgeting and produce quarterly and rolling forecasts for the Kreuzlingen production site.
  • •Analyze actual vs. budget and forecast variances to identify key business drivers and decision inputs.
  • •Prepare management reports, KPI analyses, and working-capital reporting, including DSO/DIO/DPO.
  • •Support standard cost calculations, cost center accounting, and variance analysis for the production/controlling environment.
  • •Ensure timely monthly close support, consolidated finance results/forecasts for management reviews, and compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and SOX; support internal and external audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Several years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance, ideally in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • •Experience with SAP (FI/CO, ideally PP) and strong Excel skills for management reporting.
  • •Knowledge of BI/reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus, along with advanced MS Office skills.
  • •Strong analytics and communication skills, with fluency in German and English, and a proactive, solution-oriented working style.
