Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of clinical experience as a physician (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or similar advanced clinical role with direct patient care and clinical decision-making.
  • •1–3 years working on teams requiring analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership (e.g., startup, consulting, finance, or 0→1).
  • •Technical background and/or experience with complex data, including learning SQL and low-code tools.
