Own end-to-end product design, implementation, and outcomes for clinical intelligence features within the Clinical Intelligence Strategy & Operations team. Translate clinical expertise into scalable logic, workflows, and quality standards, evaluate system performance for accuracy and reliability, and resolve issues with AI and agent outputs. Partner cross-functionally across clinical operations, applied AI, data, product, and sales, while building operational and financial analyses to guide prioritization and drive AI-powered efficiency gains.

•Own product design, implementation, and outcomes for multiple clinical intelligence features from start to finish.
•Translate clinical expertise into scalable logic, workflows, and quality standards used across the platform.
•Evaluate and refine system performance to ensure clinical accuracy and reliability, analyzing feedback and resolving AI/agent output issues.
•Collaborate cross-functionally so platform behavior reflects real-world clinical reasoning and standards.
•Develop and maintain operational and financial performance analyses, and build/scale new workflows with AI-powered efficiency gains.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of clinical experience as a physician (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or similar advanced clinical role with direct patient care and clinical decision-making.
•1–3 years working on teams requiring analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership (e.g., startup, consulting, finance, or 0→1).
•Technical background and/or experience with complex data, including learning SQL and low-code tools.
•Strong written and verbal communication to support internal decisions and external relationships.
•Demonstrated ability to move quickly, find shortcuts, and deliver on goals (with high NPS from former teammates).
