Job Summary

Own project and program management for Cisco’s Common Hardware Group (CHG) hardware portfolio, partnering across engineering, product management, operations, supply chain, marketing, and leadership. Lead planning and execution cadences, develop and maintain project plans, and track program health by identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers. Coordinate operational planning cycles, status reporting, and governance to drive predictable delivery of hardware platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead project and program management activities across hardware engineering, product management, operations, marketing, account teams, EPM, and power/thermal partner organizations.
•Lead small to mid-sized programs with moderate complexity and multiple dependencies across the CHG hardware portfolio.
•Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, communication frameworks, and execution cadences.
•Track program health, identify risks and dependencies, drive issue resolution, and escalate decisions or blockers with recommendations.
•Support operational work for HW groups, coordinating planning cycles, business reviews, status reporting, leadership updates, and execution mechanisms.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,900 - 161,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s plus 5 years of related experience, or Master’s plus 3 years, or PhD plus 0 years (or equivalent related experience).
•Related experience in program/project management, business operations, PMO, chief-of-staff support, or hardware design/manufacturing/product development.
•Experience leading cross-functional programs/projects with plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.
•Experience supporting business operations or leadership operating rhythms (e.g., business reviews, action tracking, executive updates, dashboards, organizational communications).
•Ability to lead and improve execution by establishing governance processes, documentation frameworks, templates, and execution models.
