Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and communicate daily via Slack, email, and video calls.
  • •Own customer issues from report to diagnosis, resolution, and follow-up.
  • •Lead customer implementations end-to-end, including onboarding and data imports.
  • •Translate customer requests into clear technical requirements and partner on technical discovery and scoping.
