Serve as a deeply technical, customer-facing partner who leads end-to-end implementations. Own customer onboarding and data imports, translate customer needs into working technical requirements, and support production issues from diagnosis through resolution. •Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and communicate daily via Slack, email, and video calls.
•Own customer issues from report to diagnosis, resolution, and follow-up.

•Translate customer requests into clear technical requirements and partner on technical discovery and scoping.
•Work day-to-day with core engineers, contribute to the codebase when appropriate, and feed customer feedback back into product direction.
