Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform labor and operator duties throughout the facility, including possible assignments across departments and shifts.
  • •Keep evisceration floors clean, sanitize knives and gloves, keep tables and racks clear of birds, and complete other assigned tasks in First Processing.
  • •Provide relief breaks and cover staffing needs as assigned to support daily staffing requirements in First Processing.
  • •Operate machinery, tools, and equipment as required and perform a variety of production and support roles in the assigned department.
  • •Follow safety, quality, and production standards and fill in as needed per supervisor; report to production management each shift for job assignment.
