Job Summary

Analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of major and complex commercial loans in compliance with lending policies and state and federal regulations. Partner with the Commercial Banker and Relationship Manager to assess credit needs, gather and analyze financing information, present requests for approval, and ensure processed loans align with agreements and customer needs. Monitor credit risk, support servicing problem resolution, and contribute to business development to originate new business within the target market.

•Analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of major and complex commercial loans in line with lending policies and procedures.
•Work with the Commercial Banker to manage loans and ensure credit risk is monitored and identified responsibly.
•Interface with clients in person, over the phone, and via email to assess credit needs and determine items needed for analysis.
•Gather and analyze financing information for presentation to senior management or the Loan Committee for approval.
•Coordinate processing of approved loans, ensure conformity to agreements and bank policies, obtain documentation, and help resolve processing and servicing issues.

•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of commercial credit, loan structuring, and pricing dynamics.
