Job Summary

Lead and manage support program efforts within the Product Support organization, working directly with missile defense customers. Own program strategy, execution, and accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance, while driving proposal generation and new business pursuit. Serve as the primary customer contact and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors across sustainment activities including engineering, logistics, repair, and refurbishment services. Onsite in Andover, MA.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage assigned programs and proposals with full accountability and authority.
•Set program strategy and tactical direction, and ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance through multifunctional teams.
•Pursue and capture new business from existing or new customers, including training, logistics, field engineering operations, supply chain, and proposal generation.
•Coordinate, generate, and cost proposals for program execution.
•Act as the primary customer contact and interface regularly with internal support organizations, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years experience.
•Manage the full program lifecycle from proposal through contract completion, including cost, schedule, and technical performance.
•Strong knowledge of contract types, Earned Value Management (EVM), risk management, and associated reporting/management tools.
•Effective leadership in customer interfacing, CONOPs and requirements development, resource planning, procurement coordination, and organizational change management.
•Experience with Microsoft Project and Earned Value Management System.
