Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive tactical IE execution and inventory management, identifying risks early and recommending mitigations.
  • •Translate business demand into executable wafer, capacity, and cost strategies across NPI phases in an E2E mindset.
  • •Ensure product and manufacturing datasets (e.g., master data, ENTBOM, wafer maps) are set up before demand line loading and maintained through changes.
  • •Manage material supply, dispositions, and exception handling for engineering builds; release QA hold material on time.
  • •Coach team members, promote teamwork and documentation, install process/automation, and provide timely management updates on NPI/HVM/DIO/NRG status.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years experience in product planning in a sophisticated technology company.
  • •Deep understanding of product planning across Development, NPI, HVM, and end-of-life.
  • •Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus.
  • •Ability to extract data from multiple databases using SQL and perform data cleansing, outlier identification, and missing-data techniques.
  • •Strong communication and problem-solving skills in cross-functional setups.
