Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead tactical execution for inventory management and operational optimization in the IE space to improve urgency and excellence.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to translate demand into executable wafer, capacity, and cost strategies for NPI and HVM.
  • •Ensure product and manufacturing datasets are set up prior to demand line loading and update them when changes are required.
  • •Manage material supply throughout NPI phases, install business processes/automation for correct material deployment, and coordinate disposition and QA Hold release.
  • •Act as an SME for logistic/setup issues, provide high-level updates to management, and coach/develop team members.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in product planning in a sophisticated technology company.
  • •Deep understanding of product planning across Development, NPI, High Volume Manufacturing, and End of Life.
  • •Strong communication and problem-solving skills in cross-functional setups.
  • •Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus.
  • •At least a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
