Leading Serval’s inaugural social media program, you’ll define the brand voice across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube, build a repeatable content engine, and partner with founders to scale distribution. You’ll write posts, brief designers, and measure impact to drive pipeline and brand awareness in enterprise AI. This is a zero-to-one role with rapid experimentation and a hands-on, multi-platform remit.

Key Responsibilities

•Define Serval’s social presence across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube and decide which platforms to invest in.
•Write founder, company, and product posts and briefs for design and production teams, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
•Build and optimize a content engine (editorial calendar, formats, asset workflow) and establish feedback loops to improve performance.
•Partner with founders to develop their personal brands on social and translate daily work into shareable content for the category.
•Turn customers, partners, and employees into a distribution network and measure impact on pipeline and brand metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years in social, content, or brand at a B2B software, AI, or developer tools company, with ownership of end-to-end work in an early-stage startup.
•A portfolio of social work you can point to; you should be able to read the actual posts.
•Demonstrated track record growing an organic social program into a distribution channel with measurable outcomes.
•Sharp writing with a distinctive, human voice; not corporate or AI-generated.
•Fluency with LinkedIn and X, and a point of view on Reddit and YouTube for B2B audiences.
