Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Educate homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for customers and technicians.
  • •Participate in coaching and training to grow within the national organization.

Key Requirements

  • •A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

  • •Comfort climbing ladders (up to 14 feet) and working in confined spaces like attics.
