Key Responsibilities

•Brand strategy and creative direction: Own and evolve brand identity across platforms and translate objectives into compelling creative concepts.
•Creative leadership and team management: Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, set high standards, and ensure quality alignment with brand strategy.
•Execution and optimization: Design workflows balancing speed, quality, and scalability; collaborate with growth, product, and leadership teams to execute campaigns; use insights to improve output.
•Maintain brand consistency: Ensure consistency across digital, social, product, print, and other touchpoints; stay ahead of industry trends.
•Stakeholder collaboration: Manage multiple priorities with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact brand work.

Key Requirements

•4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership roles (agency or fast-growth companies preferred)
•Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, campaigns, and multi-channel creative work
•Solid understanding of branding, design principles, and digital content strategy
•Experience leading and developing creative teams
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows
