Key Responsibilities

•Implement regular scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize costly breakdowns and emergency repairs.
•Ensure continued ATM operations to avoid revenue loss due to breakdowns and drive higher usage.
•Enhance ATM longevity through timely repairs, resolutions, upgrades, and security updates.
•Prepare and submit detailed service reports; collaborate with internal teams (workshop, managers, IT, security) to address technical challenges and ensure compliance.
•Resolve issues and gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback; enhance the ATM preventive maintenance checklist and troubleshooting methods to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
•At least 1 year of experience in ATM/SCDM maintenance and repair, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
•Strong understanding of ATM hardware, software, and networking concepts.
•Proficiency in diagnostic tools and techniques for troubleshooting ATM issues.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
