Key Responsibilities

  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders.
  • •Ensure every position is filled before start-up of the production line.
  • •Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics.
  • •Ensure machinery is performing to the highest standard and workstations have passed USDA inspection.
  • •Oversee processing operations, solve problems with other supervisors, and keep records of reworked or returned product.

Key Requirements
