Associate Director Development Engineering (Civil)

Lead AECOM’s Development Infrastructure civil engineering team, combining technical leadership with project delivery across drainage, highways, flood risk, water infrastructure, and SuDS. Mentor engineers, ensure technical quality and commercial performance, and support business development by building long-term client relationships. Partner with multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle, delivering buildable, high-quality solutions for public and private clients in Ireland and the U.K.
