Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation of project quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle as part of the PMC QA/QC function.
  • •Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable international codes/standards.
  • •Review contractor QA/QC plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and method statements; monitor adherence to approved quality systems.
  • •Conduct quality surveillance, audits, inspections, and assessments across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • •Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and observations, verify corrective/preventive actions, and support quality KPIs and performance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, predominantly in the oil & gas industry.
  • •Significant experience in offshore oil & gas projects, preferably with ADNOC or other major operators.
  • •Experience within a PMC, EPCM, or EPC environment, including previous Senior QA/QC Engineer experience on major offshore projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of offshore engineering/fabrication/construction/installation/commissioning quality requirements and international standards (ISO, ASME, API, AWS, and NACE/AMPP).
