Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on financial due diligence engagements from start to finish across planning, execution, and completion phases.
  • •Learn and apply fundamental financial due diligence skills for sell-side and buy-side clients across industries.
  • •Manage data flow and monitor the dataroom during transactions.
  • •Build analysis packages (e.g., Excel models) with guidance to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • •Drive parts of the deal process by communicating with key parties and managing internal and external deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
  • •Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future (no visa sponsorship available).
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with ability to analyze, interpret and summarize financial information and large datasets.
