Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement HS&E procedures and apply the project HSSE plan to ensure health and safety of construction personnel.
  • •Ensure constructability is built into design by engaging early in work-scope engineering and providing constructability inputs.
  • •Develop and manage construction work pack content to meet scope requirements (including TRA/JMS/materials/peer reviews/HAZID/ENVID/COSHH) and support MOC work-scope growth job cards.
  • •Update logic on the construction execution plan and supporting systems; monitor design delivery dates, work pack progress, and activities against completion dates.
  • •Coordinate with offshore management, trade supervision, commissioning, and vendors; optimize completions ITRs and review executed work packs for handover punch lists and closeouts.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of practical offshore construction experience in oil and gas design, construction, and implementation work on major projects.
  • •Recognized degree or equivalent experience/qualification in a relevant branch of engineering, and membership in an internationally recognized professional institution.
  • •Strong understanding of construction methods and the ability to fit design to deliverables while managing inter-discipline relationships.
  • •Proficiency with relevant international standards, codes of practice, and their application across design, procurement, and construction activities.
  • •Ability to coordinate multi-discipline construction preparation tasks in design or execution phases and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
