Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement alignment programs to drive BKM alignment and network standardization across pillars.
  • •Identify and drive improvements in tool utilization, including early-stage transfer alignment and power-walk methodology for efficiency and cost improvements.
  • •Standardize practices and BKMs in process areas by leading global alignment teams, closing chronic issues, and defining deployment and audit plans.
  • •Work with OCT TPM coordinators to train and certify core teams, consolidate BKMs monthly, and track network alignment status to workstation BKMs.
  • •Partner on SEAL standardized system deployment, perform real-time assessments and audits, analyze findings, and manage closure of gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading manufacturing process improvement and standardization activities across equipment, process areas, and workstations.
  • •Ability to develop and implement alignment programs with TPM core teams and task force teams across a network.
  • •Experience performing tool utilization improvement initiatives and resolving gaps related to tool and process standards.
  • •Ability to conduct audits/assessments, analyze data, interview team members, and drive actions to closure.
  • •Strong communication and coaching skills to train, mentor, and support core teams and implementation adoption.
