Key Responsibilities

•Own customer outcomes for core product areas including voice agent behavior, onboarding, testing, and AI-driven automation.
•Develop deep customer understanding by reviewing call transcripts and joining onboarding and support sessions to uncover needs and failure points.
•Author outcome-driven PRDs covering customer problems, requirements, end-to-end user journeys, and proposed solution concepts.
•Partner with engineering and design to design scalable solutions and shape end-to-end user experiences; incorporate tradeoff evaluation.
•Drive cross-functional execution with Sales, CX, and Customer Success to reflect buying signals and rollout needs in product priorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience, ideally building B2B and product-led growth (PLG) products.
•Strong customer obsession, including regularly talking to users and turning feedback into action.
•Ability to write clear, outcome-driven PRDs and define roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics.
•Comfort operating in high-velocity startup environments with ambiguity and fast iteration.
•Experience working on AI products is a plus, with voice AI experience a strong advantage.
