Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead qualitative and quantitative user research across the project lifecycle, including journey mapping, interviews, usability assessments, and persona development.
  • •Plan and conduct user research engagements to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
  • •Translate research findings and user insights into practical UX recommendations.
  • •Create wireframes and low- to mid-fidelity UX/UI mockups to support business analysis and digital solution development.
  • •Collaborate with delivery and change management teams to ensure solutions meet UX goals and to support change and user engagement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability assessments and actionable insights.
