Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure SIOP/S&OP/IBP processes deliver world-class supply planning performance to maximize revenue, reduce costs and inventory, and improve delivery.
  • •Optimize inventory and meet customer demand by translating business objectives into executable supply strategies.
  • •Implement and mature planning processes and systems, ensuring adherence to Honeywell’s Global Design Model and full utilization of Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop supply/inventory planning teams, using training, mentoring, and Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement to improve KPIs.
  • •Manage product lifecycle events and attend monthly SIOP reconciliation and executive meetings to present supply plans and associated risks and mitigations.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in demand planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or Sales Inventory & Operations Planning-related functions.
  • •Proficiency with demand or supply planning tools including RapidResponse, SAP APO module, and Forecast Pro.
  • •Master the SIOP/S&OP/IBP planning processes and ensure they deliver at world-class levels.
  • •Experience with SAP ERP systems and supply/inventory planning tools such as Kinaxis/RapidResponse.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with internal and external customers.
