Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions and uncovering client needs while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs or opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate specialists
