Collaborate with development to coordinate implementation for customer change requests, resolve technical issues, and measure progress against performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the customer onboarding process and coordinate the implementation for customers who purchased Cin7.
•Create scoping documents and plans to ensure timely project delivery and solution integration.
•Deliver training to customers via the Cin7 help site, videos, or booked meetings.
•Support customers during onboarding by resolving technical issues and providing practical workarounds for their processes.
•Collaborate with the development team on client functionality or software change requests and coordinate implementation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: NZD 65,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Customer handling and project coordination experience, including managing 10+ small-to-medium onboarding projects in parallel.
•Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills.

•Experience with supply chain, back-end retail or wholesale operations, inventory management systems, shipping, or 3PL; knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS.
